Made in the USA with a dry feel cotton. The cotton is inspected by the USDA and passes stringent checks for fibre length, fibre strength and colour to ensure a high quality product. The 9 oz. cotton is moderately thin and has a pile backing, making it ideal for all seasons.

Hand dyed by skilled artisans
While most sweatshirts are dyed by machine, this sweatshirt is dyed by hand in small batches by our 60 year old artisans. The result is a luxurious collaboration between Japanese technology and durable, comfortable American cotton. The contrast created by the special dyeing and processing, which is a trade secret, is sure to catch the eye on the street. Silhouette tailored to the Japanese body shape

Sewing is done flat with a two-needle cover machine and a four-needle flat machine, making it comfortable against the skin and sturdy enough to be washed every day without damage. The size of the garment has been calculated to take into account the shrinkage rate in the post-dyeing process to get the best shape.
