The ASI 0469 Paper Towel Dispenser and Waste Receptacle allow you to offer paper towels and a place to dispose of them in one convenient unit, which can help reduce messes in your commercial restroom facilities. Designed for recessed mounting, the unit requires a rough opening that measures 15-3/4 inches in length by 54-1/2 inches in height by 4 inches in depth. The paper towel dispenser holds up to 800 standard multi-fold or 600 standard C-fold paper towels and has a fully-hemmed dispensing slot to prevent snagging of the towels and accidental user injuries. The lower waste container has a 12-gallon capacity. Fabricated out of 22-gauge stainless steel, the unit has an attractive No. 4 satin finish. A multi-staked, full-length piano hinge is used to attach the door to the cabinet. Both the towel dispenser and waste receptacle are secured with a keyed tumbler lock to prevent theft and vandalism.

SPECIFICATION
The paper Towel Dispenser and Waste Receptacle shall hold and dispense 800 standard multi-fold or 600 standard C-fold paper towels and shall have a waste capacity of 12 gals (46 liters). The towel dispenser, door, frame, waste container, and cabinet shall be fabricated of 22 gauge type 304 stainless steel alloy 18-8. All exposed surfaces shall be No 4 satin finish and be protected during shipment with PVC film easily removable after installation. The towel dispensing slot shall have a fully hemmed-in rolled edge for snag-free dispensing and user safety. Door shall be fabricated in double-pan construction with fiberboard filler and shall be attached to the cabinet at the side with a full-length 3/16" diameter (Ø4.8) stainless steel multi-staked piano hinge and be held closed with a tumbler lock keyed alike to other ASI washroom equipment. Waste containers shall have hemmed edges for safety and shall be retained by a tumbler lock keyed like other ASI washroom equipment. Face trim shall be 1" (25.4) wide, formed from one piece with no miters, welding, or open seams, and have 1/4" (6.4) square returns to the wall. The structural assembly of all components shall be of welded construction. The cabinet shall have no exposed fastening devices or spot-welded seams. 

INSTALLATION
Unit is mounted in wall recess using four (4) No 10 self-tapping screws (by others) through concealed mounting holes provided. Note that the top of the Rough Wall Opening (RWO) is 3/4" (19) below the top of the unit. For compliance with ADA Accessibility Guidelines, install the unit so that the towel dispenser slot is 48" (1219) maximum above the finished floor (MAX AFF). OPERATION
Towels are self-feeding until supply is depleted. Unit may be reloaded with a partial load in-place and will continue to feed properly. Waste container is emptied manually on cycle determined by maintenance needs. Locking compartment and receptacle retainer prevents unauthorized access or removal.
