Like all Loderi rhododendrons, Venus is quite popular. This cultivar boasts large fragrant light pink blooms with white hues that measure about 5.5" across. Blooms typically start showing as early as April and extend to early June, depending on growing conditions. This rhododendron is challenging to cultivate, which makes it rare and difficult to get. 

Loderi Venus grows to 6' tall at maturity, and can eventually grow to become tree-size. You will want to plant these beauties in full sun to partial shade. They are hardy to 0°F when protected from windchill.
