For sale here is a custom made Vince Cummings "The Superlite" 8' 5/6wt six-piece fiberglass fly rod. Model number FL-4806. The rod is in excellent condition with the plastic still on the grip, though the rod has been fished. Sanded salmon colored blank. Dark cinnamon colored wraps. Bright guides. U-shaped hook-keeper. The script has a bit of a blurry appearance to it cause by bleeding when the varnish was applied. Cigar grip 6" in length with the plastic still on. Cap and ring reel seat over a cork spacer with a wooden butt cap. though not serious, there is a small crack in the butt cap. The rod features spigot ferrules to make for a more efficient cast. The sections fit together tightly as they should with a 1/4" gap to allow for wear over time. The weight of the rod is 3.15 oz. The rod has a terrific medium-fast dry-fly action with all the feel one desires in a glass rod and plenty of power in the butt.
