Our 9024 Blackwood floor plan is one of our newest home plans. Its two story 3905 square foot floor plan is feature packed with four bedrooms, four and a half baths and two study’s, one that doubles as a fifth bedroom. The open layout makes for easy casual living with oversized great room, dining with corner-less sliding glass doors, and island kitchen featuring a walk in pantry. Adjacent to all this is the home’s study accessed through double doors. The study has a small courtyard it shares with the guest suite. All this opens onto a large veranda with an outdoor kitchen. Just beyond the study entry is a convenient wet bar for entertaining guests.

The home’s exterior styling reflects a striking modern ethos. Strong smooth stucco with vertical stone accents are combined with standing seam metal hipped rooflines, accented with a heavy stuccoed fascia line giving boldness. 

The home is entered through the grand foyer. Immediately adjacent is the first of two garage spaces. The single garage is perfect for a small car or golf cart.
