As you enter the foyer, the dining room is located directly to the right. Ahead is the open area kitchen and breakfast nook.

The kitchen of the Easley plan is packed with the functional amenities every culinary enthusiast hopes for in his or her new home. There is a walk-in pantry for extra storage space. It has an open arrangement floor plan, dining room access, long countertops and plenty of cabinets. The breakfast nook overlooks the rear patio. The great room is open to the rear patio through sliding glass doors. It is the perfect location for entertaining friends or family. The left wing of the Easley plan contains two guest suites.
