Will these pipes work with my existing intercooler core?

Do I need to prep or paint these aluminum pipes?

The pipes ship ready to install. You can leave them raw aluminum or paint them to match your engine bay — sand lightly and use automotive-grade primer and paint if you want color.

Are the hoses and clamps rated for boost pressure?

The kit includes hose clamps for assembly, but hose quality and pressure rating depend on the rubber or silicone material used. For high-boost applications, verify your hose sidewalls are rated for your target PSI before pressurizing the system.
