This is a prime trimmed wild venison loin for roasting or Venison Wellington.  It is completely lean and trimmed. 

This venison has been butchered within 2 days of slaughter and frozen immediately to minimise the development of histamine. 

This product can be roasted, or grilled and served as a sharing steak, or if you like your venison fillet steaks cut thick you can slice it yourself into steaks cut to your preferred thickness easily - the meat is very tender and slices easily. 

If you are roasting this loin, it should be covered in foil as it has no fat covering to protect it in the oven.
