Directions: 

Shampoo: After thoroughly wetting your hair, apply an appropriate amount, lather well, and wash. Rinse thoroughly afterward.

Note: This product has a cooling sensation during use. If you are sensitive to the cooling stimulation of menthol, please avoid use.

Conditioner: After shampooing, gently squeeze out excess water. Apply an appropriate amount mainly from mid-lengths to ends and work it in thoroughly.

Then rinse lightly, leaving a smooth finish on the hair.

Avoid applying to the roots, as this may cause greasiness or buildup. Focus care on the ends of the hair.
