Of course, this is a very special Harp dress, made of jet black rayon jersey covered in tiny rainbow color cut crystals placed here and there. The style is pure Holly, with lots of draping layers that cascade like flower petals down the body. The dress has no zipper or closures, just slips over the head. It has big, bold shoulder pads.
