Inspired by the exuberant energy of the stylised paisleys popular throughout the 1960s and ’70s, this design dates back to 1966 and has since been carefully redrawn and recoloured in the Liberty Fabrics design studio. Famously worn by the era’s most flamboyant musicians, its expressive character reflects a time of bold experimentation and unconventional ideals.
