I have NEVER seen such exquisite beading! This is clearly a bespoke piece. The bodice is a shell pink color satin fabric, w/sweetheart style bust line, overlaid by a net mesh, upon which the beading rests. The waist & skirt consist of an intense jacquard brocade with a lush flora & foliage pattern. This floral theme is echoed thru the beading, w/ 3-D sequined & beaded flowers flanked by leaves & scrolls. Clusters of round faceted pink beads finished with an aurora b. sheen, as well as loops of silvery-pink seed beads run throughout the beading patterns. The inside is lined with a medium-heavy weight, pale pink acetate and two small, hand-finished weights have been sewn at the inside of each armpit. All open seam allowances have been finished with lace -all signs of an expert job, executed in this dress! I have pored over the beading, to find only a single loop of seed beads missing & some of the round faceted beads that were missing have been replaced w/ Swarovski beads closest matching those present (& an additional 11 of these beads will be sent along w/this dress, in case of any future bead loss). There are a few very light marks throughout -none of which are visible except upon close inspection; one 2mm length light grey pen mark at mid-lower skirt, very light spotting in a few spots at skirt.
