Ribbed top from the 1970s with a small V neckline in a contrast print, and matching puff sleeves with ribbed cuff. The short sleeves are like little balloons, adjust the ribbing for the perfect amount of puff. The body of the top is a nylon blend with stretchy ribbing. Long, but fitted, so you can tuck it under skirts or wear it under a vest or with trousers. Pull on style.

Bust measures 26 to 36" MAX, 23" length. There's a few spots around the hem that just did not come out in a soak, looks like scattered paint particles or something. Not very noticeable, please see last photo.
