Das Penthouse mit Terrassenflächen kommt auf die Dachfläche und gibt dem Gebäude den letzten Schliff. (Eine Dachgeschossdecke mit Brüstungen und Öffnung für den Kabelkanal gehört dazu.) Mit dem Kabelschacht kann auch das Penthouse beliebig beleuchtet werden. Durch die Öffnungen vom Kabelschacht in die einzelnen Räume kann sogar jeder einzelne Raum getrennt beleuchtet werden.

Das Modell ist mit einem 3 D-Drucker erstellt und man kann die Druckmuster erkennen. Wenn Sie dem Penthouse Farbe geben wollen, geht dies sehr gut mit Acrylfarbe oder Aqua-color. Maße des Gebäudes: L x B x H: ca. 75 x 54 x 14 -21 mm

Sie erhalten das Modul als Bausatz mit Bauanleitung. Die Fenster sind separat und können somit getrennt farbig gestaltet werden.
