Smocked Pillows:

The envelope contains the pattern pieces for inside pillow covers to be used over foam rubber forms. If preferred the covers may be stuffed with shredded foam. The rectangular pillow View 3 is stuffed with shredded foam or cotton batting or wadding. Instructions are also given for cutting, sewing, and smocking the outside pillow covers made of 35", 36" gingham with 1" wide checks.

One Size 

Pattern is unprinted (perforated with symbols), and is unused and factory folded. Pattern envelope is in good vintage condition.
