"Inspired by the refreshing liqueurs of Southern Italy, we’ve taken a slice of The Good Life to create this fruited kettle sour. Harmonising flavour, sweetness, salinity and sourness to bring that Amalfi Coast vibe to your puckered facehole.

Doubling down on the lemon character, we took a super zippy kettle sour, with a bunch of rolled oats, malted wheat and a whack of lactose, and secondary fermented it on lemon puree. Trying to find balance between sweetness and the intensity of the lemons, to result in flavour more than mouth puckering acidity." Working Title
