♥ CAUTION: Do not wet handbag or leave for a prolonged time in the sun as the natural dye of the bag may fade. Carefully wipe clean with a damp cloth. 

♥ TRAVEL TIP: To maintain the integrity of the hand bag while you are traveling, please make sure not to place heavy items on top of the bag causing it to squish. We love to put socks, or undergarments inside the handbag to utilize all space as we tend to be over packers!

*Iraca Palm is a resistant thread that comes from a tropical palm tree, native to Colombia. The thread is sun dried, tinted and hand woven. It is 100% handmade by local artisans from the Atlantic coast of Colombia. *Cofre currently only comes in Mustard, if you're interested in a different color please email inquiries to [email protected] .

ABOUT THE BRAND

APAYA was started in Colombia by three sisters who left the country at a young age and returned to fall in love with the culture they left behind as children.

APAYA produces accessories that put a modern twist on traditional native products. The sisters work in partnership with local artisans to design and produce accessories made sustainably from natural fibers and fabrics found in the Andean Region of Latin America.
