3" x 1" Chick-Fil-A Henny Penny Fryer replacement Stem Caster with Brake - Part # EFG313G511W30

This 5/8"-18 threaded stem caster is designed to fit on Henny Penny pressure fryer models CFA-500, CFA600, PFE 500, PFE 561, PFG 561 & PFG 600. Chick-Fil-A kitchens commonly carry the models PFE 500 & PFG 600.

Plastic caster wheels are solid injected molded polyolefin which yields a high shock load, impact resistant, and abrasion resistant wheel. These wheels are lightweight yet hold high weight capacities and are also non-marking. They also are washable, impervious to water, and highly resistant to solvents, oils, grease, most chemicals, and cleaning solutions. These wheels do not flat spot over time like softer tread wheels. 

*We have found that our customers have had problems with the plastic wheel melting when coming in contact with hot grease. To help mediate this problem we offer the same caster with a heat-eater wheel that is able to stand temperatures of 450˚F continuously. Click here to see the upgraded caster.
