Bergamot essential oil has a fresh, elegant, and mild aroma that can be used both to relax and soothe anxiety, as well as to uplift the spirit. It is commonly used in diffusion, massage, and baths, making it a classic stress-relief oil in aromatherapy. FCF stands for “furanocoumarin-free”; furanocoumarins are compounds found naturally in bergamot. FCF-labelled bergamot essential oil means these furanocoumarins have been removed, reducing the oil’s photosensitivity and making it safer for topical use on the skin.

Directions

Aromatherapy diffusion: Add 3-5 drops to the diffuser to create a relaxing, stress-relieving, and uplifting atmosphere.

Sleep massage: Dilute 1-2% in a carrier oil (such as moringa seed oil) (1% = 2 drops of essential oil per 10 ml carrier oil) to soothe emotions and condition the skin.

Bath: Add 3-5 drops of essential oil with an emulsifier (or milk, shower gel) to immerse yourself in a gentle and elegant aroma, relaxing body, mind, and spirit, washing away the fatigue and worries of the day.

Skincare: Add 1 drop of essential oil to your face cream or serum to regulate oil production (use at night).

Urethritis: Mix 1 drop of bergamot essential oil with 10 ml moringa seed oil and use a tampon to insert into the vagina.
