Whilst the resin is incredibly durable it will scratch if a sharp cutting or carving knife is use on it. This is the reason why we recommend using it for serving puposes only.

Hand wash with hot, light soapy water. 
Treat occasionally with olive, coconut or any other food grade oil to keep the board condistioned and to bring out the grain. Care guide included. 👋Hand finished with an odorless and flavourless, organic oil.
