The Villard is a functional floorplan that offers luxury features not often found in this square footage. It has an island kitchen, stepped ceilings, fireplace, his-and-hers walk-in closets, dual sinks in the master bath, a central spa tub. There is also a covered rear veranda. Upon entering the portico of the Villard plan, the foyer opens up to the great room, dining room, and kitchen.

The Villard plan has the open concept design that is perfect for what people want today. Sliding glass doors open up to the rear covered veranda. The fireplace in the great room heats up the dining room and kitchen also. The kitchen has a large center island that offers additional counter space.
