Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

1. Charging the PCM Cold Pads

   • Freeze the PCM cold pads at -18°C for 24 hours.
   • Place pads sideways with a 1-inch gap between them for optimal freezing.

2. Preparing the Shipping Cube

   • Place one PCM pad at the bottom of the cube.
   • Arrange four PCM pads along the inner walls.
   • Load the product into the center space.
   • Include a thermal data logger, if required.
   • Place the sixth PCM pad on top of the load.

3. Securing and Operating

   • Close the VIP-insulated cover tightly to maintain temperature integrity.
   • Replace PCM pads with freshly charged ones after 72 hours for extended use.
