The UEW12E from Ibanez is an acoustic/electric cutaway concert-style ukulele with flamed maple top, back & sides, a mahogany neck, and an open-pore natural finish. The instrument offers a balanced and lively tone with a sweet top end. The undersaddle pickup and UK-300T preamp allow the instrument to be used with an amplifier. The preamp offers a built-in chromatic tuner and controls for bass and treble. Other features include a 1/4" / 6.35mm output, Grover open-gear tuning machines, a maple rosette, a rosewood fingerboard with maple inlay dots, a rosewood bridge, and a compensated saddle.
