Join Sewing Teacher & Bag Maker Lauren Holloway from Creative Space Bristol, on this 'Make your own Shoulder Bag' sewing workshop at the Stitching4All show at Bath & West Showground.

In this workshop you’ll make your own professionally finished lined shoulder bag with sewing teacher and bag maker Lauren Holloway. This is the perfect class for beginners or anyone wanting to improve their existing skills on a sewing machine. Lauren will show you how to use your sewing machine and how to thread it then you’ll get to choose from a variety of lovely fabrics to make your bag from. You'll then be guided, step-by-step, how to make your shoulder bag from start to finish. This workshop is a great way to build confidence using a sewing machine and learn some handy tips and tricks along the way. Leave the workshop with new skills, confidence and inspiration for future projects and take home a gorgeous shoulder bag to keep or gift! 

Workshop runs on Friday 20th September, 12:30pm-3:15pm and Saturday 21st September 10am-12:45pm.

Price is £40pp including sewing machine/kit hire and materials. You are also welcome to bring your own fabric if you would prefer, 0.5m of outer and lining fabric will be enough.
