Frank Lloyd Wright was an American architect, designer, writer, and educator. He designed more than 1,000 structures in a lifetime and played a vital role in the architectural movements of the twentieth century. Wright inspired this flatware using his Tree of Life design, first featured in the creation of Darwin D Martin House in Buffalo, New York, in 1896. Wright reduced the tree to its most elemental, geometric forms.
