Light and Soft Sashiko Fabric
The plain fabric is made from a moderate-weight sashiko fabric dyed with indigo. Unlike the traditional heavy, stiff sashiko fabrics, this one is lightweight, soft, and perfect for wearing in spring and summer.

The warp threads are dyed black, which over time creates a beautiful gradient of indigo and black, adding to the fabric’s depth.



Japanese-Inspired Sashiko Design
The patterned fabric uses sashiko woven with indigo dye. It features a moderate texture with excellent breathability, making it ideal for warmer weather.

The impressive pattern is created using a technique called "discharge printing," where color is removed from the fabric before applying new dye to complete the pattern. This unique approach gives the fabric a Japanese summer feel.





Relaxed Design with a Comfortable Fit
The open collar design offers a relaxed feel around the neck, providing a sophisticated yet breezy look, perfect for warm days.



A simple pocket is placed on the left chest.



The cat-eye buttons used on the garment feature black mother-of-pearl for the plain fabric and white mother-of-pearl for the patterned fabric, perfectly matching the overall look and feel.
