Clary Sage -deepening breath, Clary Sage can bring balance to mood swings or lethargy & release blockages of anxiety & stress.

Ingredients:

Lavandula angustifolia (lavender), Citrus reticulata (mandarin), Pelargonium graveolens (geranium), Pogostemom cablin (patchouli), Boswellia sacra (Frankincense), Salvia sclarea (Clary Sage), Cedrus atlantica (Cedarwood, Atlas), Santalum spicatum (Australian Sandalwood), Commiphora myrrha (Myrrh), Zingiber officinale (ginger).

Recommended Use:

Diffuser - Add 8 drops to your electric diffuser or oil burner.

Inhalation - 1-2 drops on a tissue 

Massage - 4 drops in 1-2 tbsp of carrier oil

Care Instructions:

Do not apply directly to the skin or ingest. Avoid in pregnancy and breastfeeding. Dilute before using on skin. A patch test should be performed before use for those with sensitive skin.
