A more restrained and impressively pure nose also expresses an abundance of classic Chablis character with its hints of shellfish, seaweed and tidal pool wisps. There is a bit more density if somewhat less minerality to the delicious and more refined medium-bodied flavors that possess fine depth and length on the seductively textured finale. While qualitatively similar to the Les Clos, these two wines are quite different.
