Excellent+++ condition having been used (or just lawn cast) very minimally. The rod features gorgeous dark flamed/tempered cane with chestnut wraps and black tipping. The winding check and male ferrules have black, chestnut, black tipping. Oxidized guides. Clear agate stripping guide. The script remains as clean and bold as the day is was written. Handsome swelled butt. Ring hook keeper. Sculpted, blued nickel silver winding check. Unique Carpenter styled grip with moderate soiling. Handsome oxidized nickel silver cap and ring reel seat over a wood spacer. The oxidized ferrules are size 12/64 and the fit is perfect. The rod weighs 3.45 oz. The action is quite swift on the faster side of medium-fast thanks in part to the swelled butt. Includes original bag and labeled tube.
