Crafted at the Akita Distillery in the northern part of the Honshu island, Etsu Double Yuzu Gin stands out with a prolonged maceration of traditional botanicals for 7 days before fistillation, excluding the herbs for added finesse and elegance. The use of water from the Ou Mountains, Japan’s largest mountain range, imparts purity and freshness.

Japanese Yuzu, juniper berries, licorice and angelica roots, coriander seeds, and matcha tea blend harmoniously in this gin, offering fresh and spicy notes.
