Hand forged copper tree trunk topped with a chrome pear. The pear sits on a slice of purple and druzy agate. The stand is a found object, aluminum base, reworked.

Know for my work as a west coast metal artist “Pear Tree” says it all.

I love the feminine silhouette of the shape of a pear. This one even has a subtle spine running down her back enhancing the nuance of female form. It is a dramatic contrast to the heavy patina of the hand tooled copper abstract forest.
