Our Paravel house plan is the best of several of our most popular floor plans. Our much loved Stillwater plan has received many requests for a one-story version. So we started with our best-selling Valdivia home plan, made a few tweaks, and updated the elevation. Our Paravel plan features the same contemporary and modern design as our Stillwater.

The inside of the Paravel house plan also provides the same open feel, just on a smaller scale. The home’s foyer leads directly into the grand salon, which opens to the dining room, kitchen, and breakfast nook. All of these rooms feature a beautiful beamed ceiling. A convenient wet bar in the grand salon is perfect for entertaining.

The left side of the home is dedicated completely to the master suite. A master foyer opens to a morning kitchen, perfect for that early coffee pick-me-up. A series of closets separate the master bedroom from the master bath. There is the traditional his and her closet, along with another strip closet and smaller walk-in closet. This smaller walk-in closet could also be converted into a sauna. The master bath is symmetry at its finest. The focal point is the large soaking tub with walk-around shower. The tub is flanked by separate vanities and water closets.

The right side of the home houses the three car garage, utility room, powder bath, three guest suites and a game room. Each guest bedroom offers its own private bathroom and walk-in closet. The separate guest suite in the back is ideal for an in-law suite. The loggia provides covered outdoor space and an outdoor kitchen. The master suite, grand salon and nook provide sliding glass doors to the loggia.
