How do I reset the buds?

To reset your Shokz OpenFit buds, place both earbuds in the charging case. Press and hold the touch area of both earphones for 15 seconds simultaneously. The orange light in the box will flash for 5 seconds and then go out, indicating that the reset is complete.

How do you enable multi-point pairing?

1. Download the Shokz app on your smartphone.
