Yoshihisa Tagami's Grey was an influential sci-fi manga that was one of the earliest series released by Viz in English. In 1986 it was adapted for animation as Grey: Digital Target, and although both the original manga and the anime are long out-of-print in both Japan and the US, the series maintains its status as a cult classic.

Grey Illustrations is devoted entirely to Tagami's original manga, with pages of his full color artwork, colorized pages from the manga, and reproduced bits of the manga highlighting notable characters, enemies, and scenes from the three-volume series. It also includes some 4-koma Grey comics and extensive photos of Tagami's home and office. The result is a great collection of Tagami's artwork at a larger scale (and in color!) than you'll find in any of various releases of the Grey manga.
