The MVE Micro three-phase electric vibrator is a compact industrial vibrating motor designed for silos, hoppers, vibrating tables, and bulk material handling equipment. The motor uses adjustable eccentric weights mounted on the shaft to generate centrifugal force that produces controlled vibration.
This vibration improves material discharge from silos and hoppers and can also drive small vibrating machines such as conveyors, screens, and compacting tables.
When the MVE is switched on a sinusoidal centrifugal force is provided by rotation of the eccentric weights. With only one MVE fitted on a vibrating machine a rotating force is provided resulting in a circular movement of the machine. Two counter-rotating MVE fitted in parallel on the same machine provide a linear force resulting in a linear movement of the machine. The requirement of circular or linear movement depends on the application.

• Compact electric vibrator for industrial equipment
• Adjustable centrifugal force using eccentric weights
• Improves material discharge from silos and hoppers
• Continuous duty motor design
• Reliable operation with minimal maintenance
External electric vibrators are commonly used to facilitate material flow or power vibrating equipment.
MVE Micro electric vibrators are commonly used in:
Cement silos
Concrete batching plants
Vibrating tables and molds
Screening machines
Powder transport channels
Packaging and compaction equipment
These vibrators help reduce friction between material and equipment walls, improving production efficiency.
An electric vibrator generates vibration using eccentric weights attached to the motor shaft. When the shaft rotates, the weights create centrifugal force that produces vibration transmitted to the mounting surface.
This vibration helps loosen compacted material inside silos or hoppers and can also drive vibrating machines used for screening, conveying, or compaction.
What is an electric industrial vibrator used for?
Electric vibrators are used to generate vibration in equipment such as silos, vibrating tables, conveyors, and feeders.
What speed does the MVE Micro operate at?
The vibrator runs at 3000 RPM for 50 Hz power systems and 3600 RPM for 60 Hz systems.
Where are electric vibrators commonly used?
They are widely used in cement plants, food processing facilities, and bulk material handling systems.
