Ravens are magical creatures able to fly into spaces humans only can dream about. This beautiful bird has found a throne of birch trees adorned with blue mushrooms and fungi. The pollen, butterflies and moths create a confetti as the sun peaks through the dark woods landscape. With an abstract background and figurative focal point, I hope that this painting sparks curiosity for the magic of the natural world and a sense of childlike wonder.
