Foo dogs, also known as shishi, shisa , lion dogs and several other names have been fierce guardians for a very long time. They usually appear as stone carvings or ceramic figures in pairs, one male and one female with wild expressions and an intimidating presence. This guy evokes the same quiet power but with a small telltale sign that perhaps he's really not that scary...

This is a 5" tall solid cast urethane figure. It will come blank and can be painted with acrylics or can just be left blank! Buyer may need to sand a few seams! These figures are larger than you may think, he's a pretty hefty chunk of foo. I have included photos of finished versions just as an example!
