Our Vizzini home plan was a customization created for one of our wonderful clients. She loved the exterior of our Valdivia home plan and the floor plan of our La Serena house plan. It was our task to combine the two plans to create her dream home. 

Outside, the home is almost identical to the Valdivia, featuring the same Andalusian and Spanish Colonial flair. Most importantly, it offers the same rounded portico entry that makes this plan so well loved. Inside, it features the same luxurious details as the La Serena. Columns and intricate ceiling details create a rich warmth to the interior. 

The Vizzini floor plan features four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The home offers 3635 square feet of thought out space. The master suite takes up the entire left side of the home and the guest rooms are located on the complete opposite side of the house, perfect for some extra privacy.

The main part of the Vizzini house plan holds the more formal areas - living room, study and dining room. Built-ins and a fireplace can be found in the living room.

Beyond the living room are the more casual spaces - leisure room, kitchen and breakfast nook. The leisure room is large and open with built-in shelves and entertainment center. The kitchen is also generous with a cental island and large walk-in pantry.

Little luxuries abound in the Vizzini floor plan. The master bathroom features a walk-through shower and central soaking tub, as well as plenty of vanity space. The utilty room is spacious with a generous amount of storage. There is also a family studio in the hall, perfect for displaying family photos and kid’s artwork.

Outside, the verandah offers homeowner’s the space for an outdoor fireplace and kitchen area.
