Alexia Abegg is an award-winning designer, artist and writer who has had a lifelong interest in sewing. She tried her hand in photography, production, acting, costuming, hair and makeup for film and television, fashion design and custom sewing before settling on the creation of fine art quilts and sewing patterns. She lives in Nashville where she runs her own company, teaches, creates art, and writes.
