The shell catchers were designed for use on the guns in their factory form. Any additional aftermarket parts such as charge handles or lifters that don't use factory dimensions may not be compatible.

This catcher attaches from the bottom loading port and clips onto the top portion of the ejection port.

• Utilizes a thin steel sheet w/ adhesive backing for the embedded magnets to adhere.
  
• Requires the removal of the charge handle to use. The action firing and locking back does not require the charge handle to function.

Browning has released an updated Maxus II at SHOT Show 2025. This version has an updated loading port angle. Please see the note below before ordering.

The difference between the two.

• Original Version - The loading port and ejection port are parallel. Measurement is approx. 1.1625" from the ejection port to the loading port.
• Updated Maxus II - The loading port is slightly angled and not parallel with the ejection port. Measurement is approx. 1.2165" or greater than 1.1625".
