The sequence of ignitions of the light source occurs uniformly and progressively from the inside of the apparent surface to the outer edge. 3. Repeated alternation in the vertical direction One continuous straight line with no changes (e.g. no waves). 4. Fluctuations end within 200ms after the start of the ON cycle.
