They contain oat beta-glucan fibre, which has been found to reduce cholesterol levels. They are also a rich and natural source of fibre, and do not contain artificial colourings or hydrogenated fats. oat flakes 48 %, sugar, rape seed oil, wheat flour, corn flakes (corn, salt), hazelnuts 5 %, extrudate (corn, wheat), honey 3 %, coconut 3 %, flavour, salt, antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitate, tocopherol-rich extract (natural), sunflower lecithin). Product contains gluten and hazelnuts. May contain traces of milk, sesame, soya, peanuts and other nuts.
