In 1945, Pierre Balmain changed fashion history.
The young designer, taking an audacious gamble
on the promise of post-Liberation new beginnings,
established his eponymous house. on one of Paris’
most impressive streets: at 44 rue François Premier,
located in the heart of the legendary “Golden Triangle”
luxury neighborhood. The impressive Haussmannian
lines of Balmain’s storied flagship have inspired the
silhouette of this elevated navigator style, which is
set apart by its distinctive double-bar nosebridge.
Fittingly, several signature Balmain embellishments
enrich the design, including a lasered logo and the
historic Labyrinth pattern, which covers the sleek
side-caps.
