Each chess piece is hand turned and then expertly carved to create this excellent set of traditional chess pieces.

At 10.2cm, the king in this set fits on any chessboard of 45cm and above.

Along with the king, all the pieces are weighted and have a base layer of felt to ensure the wood is protected.

The darker pieces undergo an ebonising process that seeps deep into the hardwood, giving it a professional finish, while also further protecting the wood.
