The unique granulated formula is created using a low-heat drying process that protects the milk's natural goodness, and the granules dissolve quickly and easily, leaving no residue and reducing the risk of machine breakdowns.

Milfresh Silver is suitable for all hot drinks machines that take an instant milk powder and is perfect for creating authentic coffee shop drinks such as cappuccinos and lattes with a thick, creamy head. It's also ideal for tea, coffee and hot chocolate, or simply use it with a spoon when storing fresh milk is not practical.

How to Use
For vending and coffee machines, simply fill the granulated milk canister as per your machine's instructions. For manual use in a 12oz cup: add 5g to coffee, 1g to tea and 12g to a cappuccino. For other sized cups, see packaging for the recommended amount. When adding directly to tea or coffee, allow the drink to cool to around 90°C before stirring in the granules – do not pour boiling water directly over the powder.
