These are second to none in all ways.  Every piece (over 50 total parts we assemble) is bespoke.  Each washer, handle, lever, carrier and bolt is custom made in our shop for a perfect fit with FULL FUNCTION of all door features. 

The handles are printed using our fleet of MARKFORGED printers using a proprietary Carbon Fiber material that is one of the most costly FDM materials available. Strong, light, and superb.  Every single piece. 

Our VARTM process is second to none to create these door cards.  Unbelievable details, incredible depth of the fibers, crystal clear Epoxy Resin, unparalleled glossy candy shell finish.

These are built using a High Modules base to ensure the doors are strong but also super light weighing in at 2.6lbs EACH! Not only that, but they are fully carbon fiber built so these doors are as strong as Aluminum of equal thickness.  No plastic sheets that buckles at the track when its hot.
