The ASI 0345 is American Specialties' horizontal-orientation surface-mounted liquid soap dispenser in type 304 stainless steel with a satin finish — the standard-finish version of the 0345 dispenser line. The 0345 holds 40 fl. oz. (1.2 L) of liquid soap, mounts to any wall or partition, and uses a manual push-button valve with a tamper-resistant refill indicator. Total Restroom is an authorized ASI distributor with a Low Price Guarantee on the 0345 and the rest of the ASI catalog.

The dispenser body is 20-gauge type 304 stainless steel with a satin (#4) finish. ASI describes its 304 stainless construction as "tough, durable, stain-resistant and easy to clean," and the satin finish reduces the appearance of fingerprints in heavy-touch washroom locations.
The 40 fl. oz. (1.2 L) tank is sized for moderate-traffic restrooms. ASI specifies a tamper-resistant refill indicator on the unit, and the soap tank continues to feed properly until the soap level drops below the valve intake port, so maintenance can refill on a routine schedule rather than waiting for the dispenser to run dry.
The 0345 uses an all-purpose low-silhouette liquid soap valve with a plastic valve body and stainless steel parts. The valve can be operated with less than 5 pounds of force, in keeping with ADA and other barrier-free accessibility guidelines. The valve is compatible with bulk soaps in the 100–3,500 mPa·s viscosity range and 5.5–8.5 pH range — covering a wide span of commercial liquid hand soaps and thinner lotion soaps. ASI specifies that soaps containing reportable salts, chlorides, or alcohols should be avoided.
The hinged refill door at the top of the unit is opened with a special service key, supplied by ASI. The same hinged door is also where the unit's locking screw is installed — a single supplied screw, run through the refill door, secures the dispenser body to an interlocking wedge bracket on the wall plate. Removing or refilling the dispenser both require the supplied key.
The 0345 can be installed to meet 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards and 2015 ABA Standards when the centerline of the valve button is mounted no higher than 48" (1219 mm) above the finished floor. ASI's general utility recommendation is 42" AFF, or a minimum of 6" above the washbasin, with 4" of clearance above the unit for filling. The valve itself operates with less than 5 pounds of force.
ASI lists two related model options alongside the 0345. If you want the same horizontal dispenser in a darker finish, the ASI 0345-41 in matte black powder coated stainless is the matching model in the Matte Black Collection. The 0347 is the vertical-orientation version of this same surface-mounted satin stainless dispenser, for installations where the available wall space is taller than it is wide. Choose between the 0345 (horizontal satin) and 0347 (vertical satin) based on the orientation that fits your wall space best, and consider the 0345-41 if matte black hardware is part of your washroom design.
Plan one 0345 per handwashing lavatory in most layouts. ASI's installation guide recommends positioning the dispenser approximately 6" left or right of the lavatory centerline — so in a multi-sink restroom, one dispenser per sink keeps every user within reach of soap. The ASI 0345 is built around the standards ASI applies across its commercial soap dispensers — type 304 stainless construction, an ADA-friendly push force, and a tamper-resistant locking valve and key system. Total Restroom is an authorized ASI distributor with a Low Price Guarantee on the 0345 and the rest of the ASI catalog. With 14+ years in business and 100,000+ customers served, our team handles spec verification, large-quantity quotes, and project coordination. The 0345 measures 8-3/16" wide by 4-13/16" tall by 3-15/16" deep (208 x 122 x 100 mm). The valve spout projects an additional 23/32" (18 mm) from the face of the unit. Total Restroom recommends allowing at least 4" of clearance above the dispenser for filling.
The 0345 can be installed to meet 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards and 2015 ABA Standards when the centerline of the valve push button is mounted no higher than 48" (1219 mm) above the finished floor. The valve itself operates with less than 5 pounds of force in keeping with ADA barrier-free accessibility guidelines. ASI's general utility installation height is 42" AFF, or 6" minimum above the washbasin.
The dispenser holds 40 fl. oz. (1.2 L) of liquid soap. The tank is refilled manually through a hinged door at the top, which is opened with the special service key supplied with the unit. ASI specifies a tamper-resistant refill indicator on the unit so maintenance can monitor soap level.
The 0345 accepts liquid soaps with a viscosity between 100 and 3,500 mPa·s (cP) and a pH between 5.5 and 8.5. ASI specifies that soaps containing reportable salts, chlorides, or alcohols should be avoided.
The wall mounting plate and the locking screw that secures the dispenser to the bracket are supplied with the unit. The fasteners that anchor the wall plate to the wall are not included — these are specified "by others" so installers can choose the appropriate fasteners for tile, plaster, hollow wall, or partition installation.
Both are the same horizontal surface-mounted liquid soap dispenser, with identical dimensions, capacity, valve, and operation. The 0345 is the standard satin finish stainless steel version. The 0345-41 is the same dispenser with a matte black powder coated finish over the type 304 stainless body, sold as part of ASI's Matte Black Collection. Choose based on the finish that matches your washroom design.
ASI provides a one (1) year warranty from the date of invoice on the 0345. For full warranty terms, refer to ASI's product warranty document. Total Restroom can assist with warranty claims and replacement parts (including the valve, sight gauge, and filling key) for any ASI dispenser purchased through us.
ASI's installation guide recommends positioning the dispenser approximately 6" (152 mm) left or right of the lavatory centerline, with the bottom of the unit at least 6" above the washbasin. For ADA installations, the centerline of the valve push button must be no higher than 48" above the finished floor.
