The oil filter sockets of this set allow for the quick and professional loosening and tightening of the oil filter housing cover on DSG transmissions; required when changing the oil filter cartridge. Thanks to the specially angled design of the sockets, the removal of the battery/battery tray assembly is no longer necessary and, as a result, the time-consuming procedure of teaching-in the parameters of the different electronic control units is eliminated. Required when replacing the oil filter insert. Due to the particularly angled spanners, there is no need to remove the entire battery holder. This helps to avoid a time-consuming teaching of the various control unit parameters.
