Polycarbonate skidsteer doors are referred to as shatterproof, demo door, forestry door. 

1/4" is a good replacement for glass.

1/2" is recommended for all mowing, mulching and forestry operations

You do not need to buy new hardware to buy the 1/2" door; it is routered down to the correct thickness to fit all of your existing OEM hardware. 

These windows are abrasion resistant polycarbonate and are safe to run a wiper on.  They will fit with the standard hardware unless otherwise noted.   Windows do not come with frit.
