Overview
The TOA VM-2240 is a 240 W rack-mount system-management / public-address amplifier (EIA 3U) designed for paging, background music and emergency broadcast applications. It provides multi-zone output, multiple mic/line inputs, front-panel controls and support for remote microphones and optional monitoring modules.

• Rated output: 240 W total into 5 switchable high-impedance speaker zones.
• Four audio inputs (3 mic/line inputs + background-music input) with front-panel volume and tone controls.
• Individual attenuators/routing for 5 zones; selectable 100 V / 70 V / 50 V output wiring.
• Supports emergency broadcast workflows (EN60849-compliant setups when configured with optional modules) and pre-recorded message expansion.
• Remote microphone support (RM-200M series), RJ45 remote links (up to 800 m total) for distributed mic connectivity.
• Optional surveillance/line-check board (SV-200MA) and prerecorded-message module (EV-200M) for expanded system monitoring and emergency messaging.
